Aside from price, what is the one positive advantage that you found after converting to natural gas?
We appreciate the space we reclaimed after having the propane tanks removed. We no longer have the constant worry of running out of propane during the cold seasons. We no longer have huge propane trucks that caused wear and tear on our gravel roads.
What would you say to anyone considering making a change to natural gas?
I would recommend changing to natural gas using Knox Energy. It was a seamless process once we began working with Knox Energy. The installation and cutover were almost a non-event it was so easy and non-disruptive.
Is there anything you would like to add?
Hahlen Line Services LLC was brought in by Knox Energy to do our natural gas installation. Matt Hahlen met with us before the work began and was also available throughout the entire installation process. Between Jimmy and Matt nothing was overlooked. They were a great team to work with and I highly recommend both.
