HomeServe is offering home repair plans to Utility Pipeline LTD customers

Utility Pipeline Ltd  is launching a new warranty services program that will help residential customers save money on urgent household repairs

Utility Pipeline has partnered with HomeServe USA, a leading provider of home emergency repair service programs, to offer optional gas line protection to residential customers. Customers will have access to other plans that cover both water heaters and heating and cooling systems, which are not typically covered by basic homeowners insurance.

It is a fact that household emergencies happen, and we want to help our customers be prepared. Partnering with HomeServe ensures our customers can select coverage plans that meet their needs and save money on what we know can be costly repairs. The first service plan to be offered to UTILITY PIPELINE customers will be for gas line coverage. With this optional $5.49 per month coverage, customers will receive:

• Up to $8,000 in coverage annually
• Multiple service calls per year, up to customer’s annual benefit amount
• 24-hour repair hotline
• Repairs performed by local, certified technicians
• One-year guarantee on all covered repairs

UTILITY PIPELINE’s residential customers will be able to choose from a variety of service plans. The plans range in price from about $5.49 to $13.99 per month and have convenient payment options with HomeServe. The program is optional and the coverage can be canceled at any time.

Our customers will begin seeing information online and in the March billing statements. Mail from HomeServe will arrive in customers’ homes in the weeks ahead.
